Awesome lot of Medium Dark Pastel Pink to Pale Pink and White Pakistani Apatite Crystal Specimen Lot. The pictures above are right on the money as far as the quality goes. Some of these are exceptionally well terminated crystals while others are abraded or lack terminations. Some of the crystals are on matrix or attached to Feldspars while others are just floaters. We didn't bother to clean these and have priced these to fly. Our price on these is lower than the cost of this material IN Pakistan and if you are an Apatite fan you know you can't do without this lot!

1. Facet Grade Pink Apatite is rarely available in the marketplace and the only location we know that regularly produces any kind of Pink Apatite is Pakistan (and occasionally Afghanistan though Afghan Apatite tends to be more on the Purple end). Most of the Apatite that is produced in Pakistan is of Specimen or Low Grade with crystals generally being too included to Facet; however, Facet Rough can occasionally be found though it is rare to encounter anything over a carat or two in clean material. We have only ONCE encountered nice Facet Grade Pink Apatite and we DOUBT we will encounter it again in this quality!
