HUGEEEEEE Minty Green to Yellowish Green Grossular Garnet Select Faceting Rough. This is the largest Green Garnet we have been able to offer from East Africa to date. The stone looks extremely clean with roughly 75% or so being High to Top Facet Grade. There are some inclusions that consist of pinpoints visible in the stone; however, they look totally confined to one corner/end of the stone.

Please note that this stone is alluvial and due to the exterior surface it is difficult to view the interior of the stone and that is why we referred to the stone as being "High to Top" instead of "Top" Facet Grade. If you shop around you will see that anyone who has material that is close to 2 grams in size is generally asking at least 2 times our price and considering this stone is over 4 grams you would probably be hard pressed to get a better price AT THE MINES!

We normally do NOT stock or offer larger sized Green Garnet from East Africa due to the cost of the rough; however, for the price we thought this was worth picking up and offering. This is the only stone of this caliber we have on hand and don't really anticipate seeing much of this for the foreseeable future so we advise grabbing this as quick as you can!
