DESCRIPTION:

AWESOME lot of JUMBO bright vibrant Apple Green Peridot from Supatt, Pakistan. This is a sweet lot of mostly HIGH facet grade rough. The larger portion of the stones in this lot should cut eye-clean to very slightly included with a little work and some sawing or cobbing; however, there are a few stones that will cut in the slightly to moderately included end depending on yield preferences and orientation.

We estimate that roughly 75%+ of this lot is High Grade Facet Rough while the remainder is a mix of Cabbing Rough and some additional Faceting Rough that will need to be sawed and/or cobbed out.

Please note that most of these stones do have some minor inclusions and the white veiling common to Pakistani Peridot; however, I'm confident with a little hard work and some grinding you should be able to produce some spectacular gemstones from this lot of premium size. THIS IS PREMIUM SIZE AND QUALITY MATERIAL AVERAGING IN AT ALMOST 19 CARATS! Most of the pieces in this lot are uniform in color consisting of the Apple Green that Pakistan is known for without the Olive overtones. There are some lovely stones in here and the lot is well worth the price! This is a liquidation price we have on this just to move it out the door so don't miss out!!!

COOL FACTS:
  1. Pakistani Peridot has climbed the charts to become known as the best and is for  Peridot what Kashmir is for Sapphire! There really is no other Peridot that compares with the Pakistani material as far as color and quality go on a consistent basis and as stones get larger there is no competition!

  2. The Pakistani Peridot mines are located at an altitude of roughly 15,000-16,000 feet and are roughly a 6 hour trek over several mountains on mule & foot (This is for a 1/2 way experienced climber and it will take considerably longer for a novice)! The Supatt area is known to have some of the world's most breathtaking sites and you can see some of these in our picture galleries.
