Lovely Deep Sherry "Guerrero" Topaz Faceting Rough Lot from San Louis Potosi, Mexico. We got lucky on our Gem show Adventure into North Carolina a few months back and were able to purchase two nice parcels of OLD STOCK "Guerrero" Topaz. This material had been sitting on a shelf for countless years collecting dust! After removing all the cobwebs and dust we went through cobbing and clipping the material to get out the facet rough and presto! The parcel as a whole is running roughly 60% High to Top Facet Grade! Some stones do have inclusions; however, we are confident each of these will cut a spectacular finished stone with a little planning and hard work. Most of these are crystals and/or crystal sections and the bulk of the parcel is well shaped for high yield. These were purchased as part of a buyout and we do not have a whole lot to go around. This material just is not produced any more so don't miss the opportunity to grab this! |
