Awesome lot of Neon to Yellowish Green Congolese Tourmaline Faceting Rough. This lot is primarily a Neon Green to a Vibrant Yellowish Green in color and I would say that roughly 90% of this material is High to Top Facet Grade. Quite a few of these stones are bi-colors with one end running more towards a Hunter Green in color. Most of these stones have a closed C Axis; however, the closure looks to be due to the darker Green color at one end of the bicolors. I'm pretty confident that many of these stones will have a C Axis that opens up if you clip off the darker Green end.

Please note that this is NOT that Olive Green material that has plagued the market from Africa. This is some of the brightest Yellowish Green Tourmaline we have seen in quite some time and there isn't too much of it produced. Most of the stones in this lot will cut eye-clean or better with the bulk being able to facet 10x clean. Practically every stone in the lot is a nice crystal section capable of giving above average yield. The stones are nice and bright and should hold their color well once cut. This is NOT small material with the average weight running over 5 CARATS! The price on this just doesn't get any better!
