Awesome Bubblegum Pink to Yellowish Green Zambian Tourmaline SELECT Faceting Rough Lot. This lot is entirely composed of water-worn nodules with many exhibiting the "Part-Color" combinations that Zambian Tourmaline is known for. All of this material has an open C Axis and most of these are well shaped for high yields.

Many if not most of the stones are practically preformed for Rounds and Ovals. As the picture indicates, some of the stones do have a thin rind on the exterior that is generally Green in color. The rind in most stones should facet out easily during normal faceting if the rough is oriented down the C Axis.

This material is running roughly 95%+ Top Facet Grade with the bulk of the material being eye-clean. Please note that most of the stones in this lot will cut eye-clean or better with the bulk being able to facet 10x clean. This is the last parcel of this we currently have available. We don't plan to stock or purchase any additional Tourmaline for the near future from Zambia so pick some of this up before it is all gone!!

1. Zambia has become infamous for its "Parti-Colored" Tourmalines that were produced in volume though the mid to late 1990's. Production has unfortunately been very sporadic as of the last few years with demand far exceeding availability.
