Super LARGE Siberian Purple Tanzanian Amethyst! This is a nice big chunky piece of the most beautiful deep Purple color WITH HARDLY ANY COLOR BANDING! This piece is extremely clean with 70% looking Eye-clean (Almost the entire mass that is Purple is clean with the exception of one small feather that is confined to about 1/8 of the Purple Area and than goes into the white area. I would say about 25% or so of this is pure white and most of the inclusions are concentrated in the white areas! Yes...I said pure white! It is an unusual piece and due to the depth of the rough you will have to cut more than one stone out of it! I'm sure you can even cut out a Bi-color or two with a little work that is eye-clean or better. This is not that color banded light colored material that is common in the market and it is the only piece of Amethyst rough from Africa I have at the moment! This is a nice solid Top Purple color and easily retails for $2.00+ per carat! We are currently working on acquiring additional rough of similar quality  and will hopefully be adding additional rough Amethyst in the near future!
